Terri is a seasoned entrepreneur who is currently the principal owner of Rylon’s Smokehouse Partners, LLP and Dockside Delivery.  Terri founded Dockside Delivery out of the necessity to find an additional revenue stream during the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020 for the restaurant.  ​

Originally from Chicagoland Area, Terri attended St. Ignatius College Prep where she still volunteers her time supporting and teaching the students in the Entrepreneurship program. She also serves in a leadership capacity for The Business Society. She continues to be active in her sorority for over 20 years, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., which provides another platform for her to serve and give back globally.  Terri is a proud supporter of One Fair Wage, which supports workers within the Food & Beverage industry fighting for livable wages.​

Outside of work, Terri’s passion has always been to ensure that all students have an equal playing field to succeed regardless of their zip code. She is passionate about education and providing resources to underserved communities. She serves on the executive board for CROSO, which provides scholarships for students in Uganda. Outside of work and volunteering, Terri’s most important role is being a mom and an example to her eight-year-old son, Evan.
