CHEF CHESAREÉ ROLLING

Chef Chesareè Rollins, Ph.D. is the owner and operator of CheSa’s Gluten Free Food Truck and CheSa’s Bistro & Bar. Chef Chesareé  has been in the food service industry for 7 years and currently operates the only gluten free food truck in the Midwest. Since 2015 CheSa’s Gluten Free has grown from a small food truck operation to a fleet of trucks, a 1800 square foot brick and mortar and serversl opportunities to serve as Ambassador Chef and trainer for the Chicago American Heart Association; food truck consultant for Showtime Network “The Chi”; and featured Chef for Taste of Chicago and many other local projects.​

Prior to entering the restaurant industry, Chef Chesareè was Chief Operating Officer for a food supplier and grant management consultant. Chef Chesaree has over 15 years of business management experience, resides on the south-side of Chicago with her daughter, Chloe. ​
